Its only a short stroll across the road to Mollymook Beach, close to Mollymook Golf Club, Mollymook Bowling Club and Mollymook Shops.
The 2 Single beds in Bedroom 3 downstairs can be moved together to form a King Size Bed. There is also an extra double fold out sofa bed in the downstairs lounge room for extra bedding options.
